In mid-2018, we were given the challenge to set up a new F & B Business within 4 months. Tapping into our industry knowledge and wanting to do this with a corporate social responsibility objective in mind, we sought to work with a budding Thai chef who is seeking to change her life’s circumstances to betterment.
Time is of the essence for us to establish the business for launch in Oct and 360 efforts were delivered to ensure we met the timeline to officially start Cafe RiceBerry. From operations implementation of menus, food inventory, system solutions to brand and marketing communications efforts for the Cafe like Brand Identity, Website development and digital marketing efforts were done during the short 4 months.
Working day and night with the Chef, the Menus were also thoughtfully designed to feed the crowd with good wholesome Thai-Fusion Cuisine.
On 05 Oct 2018, we officially open doors and launched Cafe RiceBerry to the world, exceeding expectations of the size of the lunch crowd. It was a successful launch, giving the much-needed marketing awareness to outreach to the public in trying this new cafe out and having an additional and affordable lunch choice.
Positioned as a lifestyle-based cafe, we have expanded our marketing efforts to working with Eatigo and GrabFood, creating fun events like Lunch Time talks and International Woman’s Day event, where you can have Thai fusion cusine paired with different wines.
